At WPM, we understand the sensitivity and importance of a management transition. We will proactively work in the best interests of your association to achieve a smooth transition. Within the first 30 days, we will reach out to vendors and review all contracts. Within 90 days, we will provide a suggested plan of action specific to your community, given our findings, for the Board to review. We will immediately open a line of communication with the existing management company regarding transition upon authorization from your association’s Board of Directors. We will ensure that they adhere to the statutory requirements in regards to the transition of records.
