You’ve made the decision to hire a property management company, now what? Finding a qualified Tampa property management company can seem daunting, but with the right tips and tools the task can be seamless. 1. DO YOUR RESEARCH
When researching a potential property management company, it’s always good to request references from other clients that they work with. See if their current properties are well taken care of, and speak to a few tenants to see if their complaints and requests are resolved in a timely manner. Also, look for reviews online from both property owners and tenants.
2. INTERVIEW POTENTIAL COMPANIES
Meeting with several Tampa property management companies in your area is the best way to get a feel for who might be the right fit. This is a great way to see what kind of first impression they make. Are they professional? If you were a potential tenant, would you feel comfortable with them?
