Tampa, FL, March 5th, 2026: Wise Property Management, a family-owned and operated association management company serving the Greater Tampa Bay area, has been named a 2026 Seminole 100 Honoree by Florida State University.
The Seminole 100 recognizes the 100 fastest-growing businesses owned or led by Florida State University alumni. The annual award celebrates entrepreneurial excellence, leadership, and business growth across a variety of industries. Wise Property Management was named within the top 50 positions at number 47.

Honorees were celebrated on Saturday, February 21, at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee, where this year’s Seminole 100 businesses were formally recognized during the university’s annual awards ceremony.
